Where do orders ship from?

From our warehouse in the United States. No overseas wait.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.

Can I return something?

We're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases since items ship directly from our fulfillment partner. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@thevelati.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You keep the damaged item; no return needed.

How do the digital art prints work?

They're delivered automatically by email right after checkout — a high-resolution file ready to print, frame, or use as a wallpaper. Because delivery is instant, digital pieces are final sale (but if your file won't download, we'll fix it immediately).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express options you see at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
