Returns & Refunds
We want every Velati piece to feel right in your home. If it doesn't, here's how we make it simple.
30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return. Email with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before receiving them.
Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
Refunds. Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when it's done.
Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.
Digital art prints. Because digital pieces are delivered instantly, they are final sale. If your file arrives corrupted or won't download, email us and we'll fix it right away.
