Shipping Policy
Every Velati order ships from our warehouse in the United States.
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.
Rates. Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.
Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after processing. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.
Address changes. Need to correct your address? Email as soon as possible — we can update it any time before your order is fulfilled.
Delayed or lost packages. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, write to and we'll take it from there. Every order is our responsibility until it's in your hands.
Digital art prints. Digital pieces are delivered automatically by email after checkout — nothing ships, nothing waits.
