Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you receive a full refund.
Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
Product images and descriptions. We work to represent every piece accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens, and handmade or glazed items carry natural variation — that variation is part of the product, not a defect.

Intellectual property. All content on thevelati.com — text, images, and digital artwork — belongs to Velati and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission. Digital art prints are licensed for personal use only.
Limitation of liability. Velati is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the order.
